Terms and Conditions below are related to the following NFTs:
- Premo Heads
- Premo Head Custom Cards
- Special Premo Heads
NFT 'Collections' and NFT 'mini-collections' are hereby referred to as 'content'. Content is not a promised feature of any PBB collections, and reference to content may be understood to exist within general and reasonable terms.
The 'Redemption Scheme'/'Exchange Scheme', hereby referred to as 'the exchange', relating to Premo Head Custom Cards and Special Premo Heads are defined by the creator and mintor of these NFTs. These definitions are subject to change.
Holders of Premo Head NFTs and Special Premo Head NFTs are considered 'VIPs'/'VVIPs' within the PBB Community as defined by the creator and minter of the NFTs. These definitions are subject to change.
Although all efforts will be made to achieve expectations in relation to content, it is within the creator and minter's rights (and the rights of his representatives where applicable) to alter, amend, introduce or remove content, and any details relating to said content, when appropriate.
It is within the rights of the PBB team to delay or alter these contents when necessary or due to circumstances outside of their control.
Content is delivered within the scope of the role of being an 'NFT Creator'.
Customers holding or owning Premo Heads, Premo Head Custom Cards or Special Premo Heads do not represent PBB, the PBB team or the PBB community. Any claim to do so, or any actions which cause reputational damage to the PBB brand, can result in the loss of eligibility for the exchange or for content.
Conditions for eligibility for the exchange involves the following:
1. The customer must hold a Premo Head Custom Card
2. The customer must contact PBB or a representative from his team to initiate the exchange
3. The customer must transfer the Premo Head Custom Card to the wallet specified by the PBB team
4. The customer must liaise with the PBB team extensively to plan and design the Special Premo Head NFT
5. The Special Premo Head NFT will then be transferred to the customer
Special Premo Head NFTs are considered a collaborative creation process between the PBB team and the customer. As such, it is within the rights of the PBB team to deny or alter any suggestions made by the customer. Suggestions made by the customer must be reasonable and realistic in regards to 3D modelling and rendering. Suggestions, and implementation of those suggestions, must fit within the style and artistic direction of the Premo Heads collection. Suggestions, and implementation of those suggestions, must not breach the terms of service of any platform on which the Special Premo Head NFT will be used or displayed.
PBB and his representatives reserve the right to deny the exchange to any customers for whom they hold a reasonable belief or suspicion may cause a negative impact on the PBB community or on the PBB brand.
